World Education Fair – Experience Education

World Education Project is the biggest international fair of its kind in Bulgaira. Since 2003, twice each year, these events attract young people, which are interested to study abroad for their secondary or higher education in distinguished international institutions. Thanks to the project foreign educational institutions are promoted and popularized in Bulgaria.

The campaign for building World Education Fair as a successful recruitment tool for the institutions stands on few important points:

• Consistent marketing research of the market and the market demand
• Finding and attracting the customers
• Choosing for marketing strategy, which shall be successful and beneficial for the university
• Massive promotional campaign

The desired result, which is experienced from most of our current partners, is high number of visitors and successful recruitment of students. It is important for us to keep the high set standard of the quality of the organization, the venue place with top central location in a 5 –star hotel and the extra services provided. Besides during the event the participants use our services to do follow-up, to visit high schools and to organize extra promotional activities and presentations.

For our partners and fair participants we provide:

• Market knowledge – first on the market with more than 17 years existence with about 75 % market share for university placements
• Very well professionally trained staff, divided by specific countries, visited at least once a year, company trips where advisors visit the universities
• Own catalogue of 30 000 issues with profile of partners distributed during the Fairs, send to potential clients, companies, diverse educational institutions

World Education Fairs are heavily promoted in Bulgaria with extensive promotional campaign in various channels targeting both students and their parents. We reach more than 90 % of our target thanks to that promotion and the PR in the media. World Education Fairs has built a database of more than 40 000 people, whereas only in the last two editions WEF in Bulgaria has more than 9000 registrations. One of the biggest advantages is that WEF has more than 50 % pre-registration of visitors, which speaks for the effectiveness of the made promotional campaign.

The event will have a focus on Undergraduate, Postgraduate and MBA studies.
