We make it possible for recruiters to reach high-achieving students by identifying educational fairs in new and established recruitment markets worldwide. This exciting role is to further promote educational ties and deliver the best possible service to clients with superb follow up and continued customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising between clients and suppliers to collect and deliver advertising and key information
  • Planning and delivering projects on time
  • Meeting and exceeding clients expectations  and proactive communication to clients to support changes to required deliverables
  • Proposing solutions to improve services provided to clients and potential customer
  • Attending exhibitions and supporting clients
  • Working closely with the team to ensure superb customer service levels are reached and exceeded at all times
  • Building long-term relationships with clients from the UK and abroad via telephone calls, emails and work at all levels to deliver a bespoke service to each client as required
  • Assisting the sales team with support services and materials to maximize revenue generation and achieve the company’s strategic objectives
  • Updating firm’s social networks with company announcements, fair promotions and Higher Education news – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Updating and monitoring information on the company Website
  • Monitoring client payments and following up outstanding payments
  • Writing and sending out the monthly newsletter
  • Administrative support in event organisation
  • Researching worldwide markets to identify high-performing events to join our portfolio

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent relationship management and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of how the higher education system in the UK and overseas works is an advantage
  • Work well with international clients of various cultures and mentalities
  • Experience working with CRM (Customer Relations Management) systems
  • Excellent IT skills, written and spoken English and high attention to detail
  • A foreign language skill (particularly French, Italian or Spanish) would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and understanding of social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is a plus (not essential)
  • Self-motivated, hard worker who will take responsibility
  • Strong persuasive skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Highly organized and adaptable
  • Full UK drivers license
