Nairobi International Education Fair

This International Education Fair is held every March at the Sarit Expo Centre, Nairobi, Kenya and will celebrate its 12th Edition 2010. This is the leading Education, Careers and Training fair in Eastern Africa, which brings together consumers, providers and stakeholders of the education sector.

This fair features among others local and international colleges and universities, pre-universities institutions, local and international schools, allied businesses and services. It continues to attract and benefit students, school leavers, parents, career training and counselling teachers, stakeholders in education, diplomats and the general public immensely.

The objectives of the student fair is to:

  • Provide a forum for the Local, International Colleges and Universities to showcase available career and training opportunities locally and internationally.
  • Create awareness on entry requirements for the Foundation, Certificate, Diploma, Undergraduate and Post-graduate Programmes.
  • Provide one-on-one opportunities for School Leavers, Students, Parents, Guardians, Career Guidance and Counselling Teachers and the General Public to sample available Career and Training opportunities in Kenya and Abroad and also learn about available scholarships, visas, accommodation facilities and living conditions.
  • Provide a meeting point for the providers and consumers of Financial, Insurance, Transport, Technology and Equipment for the benefit of each other.
  • Provide a forum for the launch and promotion of new products/services targeting Education Stakeholders.

The student fair is supported by Prof. Sam Ongeri from the Minister for Education in Kenya.
