During January and February 2013, Education Without Borders visits five cities in Denmark - and with more than 60,000 visitors in 2012 - the fairs are by far the biggest in the country. The fairs take place in a contractual cooperation with the regional counselling centres for higher education under the Danish Ministry of Education.

Reasons to Attend

The Denmark Education Fair has been taken place for 13 years. The international exhibitions take place in a contractual cooperation with the regional counselling centres for higher education under the Danish Ministry of Education. It is mandatory for all final year high school students to attend the fair, dictated by the Ministry’s counselling centres. The centres also host a large seminar programme running parallel to the fair.

Market Overview

Danish students are popular at universities and educational institutions worldwide. Well-known for their solid academic skills and excellent English, and appreciated for their mature and out-going nature, they make a welcome addition to any student body.

More than 12,000 Danish students are currently studying abroad. Danish students are also a financially solid choice. This number looks set to rise, with 38 percent of visitors to the 2012 Denmark Education Fair expressing an interest in education abroad. A student can receive about EUR 12,000 per year in government support. Furthermore students can have their tuition fees covered on a number of MA degrees and on study abroad at both undergraduate and MA level.

Fair Outline

Denmark’s biggest education fair has been taking place since 2000 and participation is mandatory for all final year high school students in the different regions. A large percentage of these students express an interest in studying abroad making Education Without Borders your best opportunity to recruit valuable additions to your academic environment.
